Xavier is an associate in the Corporate and Finance practice areas. He has experience advising domestic and international clients on matters related to the digital economy, innovation, personal data protection, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and regulated sectors.

His practice focuses on providing legal counsel to technology companies and innovation-intensive business models, including fintech, payment systems, digital platforms, gaming, e-commerce, and digital services. He also participates in the structuring and execution of corporate projects, due diligence, corporate reorganizations, and complex regulatory matters.

He has experience in designing and implementing regulatory compliance strategies regarding personal data protection, as well as in administrative proceedings before the National Authority for Personal Data Protection. He also advises on the drafting and negotiation of commercial and technology contracts.

In addition, Xavier is the author of academic publications and a speaker at national and international conferences on artificial intelligence, the metaverse, IT law, and personal data protection.
