Wilfredo is principal associate of the Corporate and Finance Practice Area.

Attorney specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and banking & finance. He advises national and international companies, as well as banks, investment funds, and financial institutions, on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of both local and cross-border transactions.

His practice combines strong technical expertise with a strategic business approach, particularly in the mining, energy, agribusiness, and digital business sectors. He has participated in significant acquisition, corporate restructuring, and financing transactions governed by Peruvian and foreign laws, including New York and English law.

He is a Solicitor of England and Wales, which allows him to practice under both Peruvian and English law.

Wilfredo has published articles in specialized journals and has been a speaker at seminars and courses on corporate, financial, and investment law.
