Sabrina is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She has experience advising companies on corporate and business matters, with a special focus on structuring, negotiating, and drafting civil and commercial contracts.

Her practice focuses on providing legal advice to companies on the structuring of contractual relationships, corporate transactions, and business reorganization processes. She also has experience in drafting and formalizing corporate documentation, as well as advising regulated companies and organizing and conducting shareholder meetings and homeowners’ association meetings.

In addition, she has handled matters related to family wealth management, the formalization of legal acts, and notarial and registration procedures, providing legal support for her clients’ corporate transactions and activities.
