Rodrigo is an Associate in the Administrative and Regulatory Law practice area, specializing in public procurement, public-private partnerships (PPPs), asset-based projects, regulated sectors, and administrative sanctioning proceedings.
He has experience providing legal advice on administrative and regulatory matters, as well as in the analysis and review of concession agreements and service provision contracts in infrastructure projects.
Previously, he participated in the structuring and transaction of infrastructure projects under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, as part of the team of the Private Investment Promotion Agency – PROINVERSIÓN.
In the academic field, he has served as a teaching assistant for the courses Administrative Law and Urban and Territorial Management at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the National University of San Marcos. He is also engaged in legal research activities and is the author and co-author of publications in specialized journals and collective books.
He was a presenter as part of the winning team of the 1st Regulatory Problems Challenge, organized by the Ibero-American Association of Regulation Studies (ASIER) in Viña del Mar, Chile, and has been awarded the “Juan Vicente Ugarte del Pino” Medal of Honor, granted by the National University of San Marcos to students with outstanding academic achievements.
