Natalia is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She has experience advising clients on corporate matters, personal data protection, intellectual property, and regulations applicable to companies in the financial and technology sectors.
Her practice focuses on providing legal counsel to domestic and international companies on company formation, corporate matters, due diligence, drafting corporate documentation, and regulatory compliance. She also participates in the design and implementation of personal data protection programs, including the drafting of privacy policies, data processing agreements, and handling of proceedings before the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
In addition, Natalia has experience advising on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright registration, as well as preparing regulatory reports and addressing inquiries related to business models in the FinTech sector. Her international experience in the field of Legal Tech has enabled her to participate in projects involving the automation of legal processes and the digital transformation of legal services.
