Milagros Maraví
Milagros is a consultant of the Administrative and Regulatory Practice Area, specializing in processes of private initiatives, public-private partnerships and concessions for the development of infrastructure and public services.
She is also a consultant in matters of administrative simplification and elimination of bureaucratic barriers.
She has significant experience in providing advice on Public-Private Partnerships, especially in preparing and submitting private initiatives and counsel in general in the process of public tenders. She advises investors and concessionaires during contractual performance in order to procure sectorial permits to implement the projects and to comply with the contractual obligations.
Milagros has published the books “Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers” Volume for the twentieth anniversary of INDECOPI, “Theoretical and Practical Aspects of PPPs in Peru” and “On the Law of General Administrative Procedure”, as well as legal research articles in important specialized journals .
