Bruno is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has more than ten years of experience advising companies and corporations on dispute resolution, risk mitigation strategies, and complex contractual structures.
His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as the prevention and resolution of disputes related to construction, infrastructure, international transportation, insurance, and commercial transactions. He also has experience negotiating high-value agreements and designing legal strategies aimed at reducing contingencies and optimizing outcomes for his clients.
Throughout his career, he has advised companies on the structuring and administration of engineering and construction contracts, corporate governance, and contractual relationships with clients, suppliers, and shareholders, as well as on the identification and proactive management of legal risks. He has also participated in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings, from the initial risk assessment through to litigation strategy and the negotiation of settlements.
He also has experience providing legal counsel to companies involved in international trade and agricultural exports, particularly in disputes related to maritime transport, insurance claims, and contractual risks. He is the author of various publications on maritime transport, agricultural exports, and legal risk prevention.
