What do we do?

Our services include providing advice on acquisition of property or other surface rights owned by either the public or private sector. Our services are supported by technical-legal diagnosis studies that identify legal limitations of the involved areas. Our vast experience focuses on processes of detaching, accumulation, land titles and on procedures for obtaining licenses of urban land improvement, building and operation and, in general, in any procedure related to property.

 

How do we do?

Our team has a unique approach since it combines, both the legal and the technical aspects involved in Real Estate matters. With a in-depth command of property law, urban planning law and registration law and the support provided by our technical partners, our team is capable of identifying any type of real estate related complications that may arise.

Recent experience:

  • We advise our clients in the previous stage, or ex post, to the acquisition of property, and other surface rights, in urban areas, of private or State property, for the execution of real estate, retail, housing, industrial, health, education, etc. projects.
  • We identify optimal land for the execution of specific projects.
  • We carry out property diagnostics to identify limitations that may affect the project, in order to ensure compatibility with the property.
  • We advise the State and individuals (concessionaires) in the execution of infrastructure projects. Special emphasis on expropriation procedures.
  • We accompany our clients in the reorganization of the property; carrying out procedures of independence, accumulation, rectification of area, change of zoning, urban habilitation license and building license, road impact studies, environmental impact study, among others.
