We provide our clients with legal advice in the process of obtaining provisional or final aircraft registrations, authorizations for the admission of aircrafts, and operating or flight permits for the commercial aviation (domestic or international) and operation of maintenance shops.

What do we do?

Our services include the negotiation of contracts with aviation suppliers, aircraft lease agreements and charters, passenger, cargo and/or mail transport contracts, computerized reservation system contracts, commercial cooperation and code sharing agreements, as well as usage agreements (lease or charter, domestic or foreign) or aircraft exchange agreements.

Finally, we provide counsel to our clients on the establishment of liens on aircraft, as well as on aircraft and parts acquisition, and in matters related to liability for damages caused to passengers, crew, baggage or third parties.
