Vinda is an associate in the Tax practice. She has experience advising individuals and companies on tax matters, as well as handling tax disputes before administrative authorities and courts.

Her practice focuses on tax advice, the preparation of legal opinions, and the drafting of administrative claims, appeals and judicial challenges to administrative decisions. She has also worked on matters involving tax limitation periods and joint and several liability, as well as statutory and case law analysis to support legal opinions and specialist publications.

Additionally, she has advised construction companies on corporate and tax matters, aligning their corporate structures and operations with applicable regulations. She is the author of publications on tax law.
