Our Team

Valeria is an associate in the Labor Practice Group and has experience in labor law, labor litigation, constitutional law, and administrative law.
Her practice focuses on advising private-sector companies on the management of individual and collective labor relations. She participates in the preparation of legal reports, the resolution of labor-related inquiries, the design and execution of procedures for individual terminations and mass layoffs, as well as in the prevention, investigation, and handling of cases of sexual harassment in the workplace. She also assists in defining strategies and represents clients in labor litigation and administrative proceedings related to labor matters.

Before joining Rubio Leguía Normand, she gained experience in the labor practice groups at Benites, Vargas & Ugaz Abogados and De las Casas y Ulloa Asociados.

In the academic sphere, he served as a teaching assistant for the course “Models of Lawyers and Professional Excellence” in 2024 and for the course “Special Labor Law” at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru between 2024 and 2026. He also contributed to the writing of the book “Conceptos: Derecho Laboral”.
