Valeria is an associate in the Labor and Social Security practice areas, specializing in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, Constitutional Law, and Social Security Law.
Her practice focuses on providing labor advice on individual and collective employment relationships in the private sector, structuring personnel hiring schemes, mechanisms and procedures for termination of employment relationships, labor due diligence, and compliance with occupational health and safety obligations, among others.
She also advises on administrative proceedings before the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (SUNAFIL) and participates in the design of legal defense strategies in labor litigation.
In the academic field, Valeria served as a Teaching Assistant in the course Conflict Theory and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms at the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru from 2021 to 2023.
