Sergio is an associate in the Dispute Prevention and Resolution and Arbitration practice. He holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, where he is currently pursuing a Second Specialization Program in Procedural Law.
His professional practice focuses primarily on conducting arbitrations and judicial litigation in the areas of civil law, civil procedure, administrative law, and constitutional law.
He is an extraordinary member of the journal Ius Et Veritas, a student association of the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
He was also a member of the Real Estate Law Team of the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
Sergio’s professional career has allowed him to gain experience in civil proceedings involving property rights, civil liability for non-performance of obligations, and obligations to pay a sum of money, among others.
