Alexander is an Associate in the area of Dispute Prevention and Resolution.

He has considerable experience in proceedings on matters of Civil Property Law, such as civil liability for non-performance of obligations; tort liability; acquisitive prescription of ownership; best right of ownership; eviction; obligations to give a sum of money; judicial declarations; nullity, annulment, and ineffectiveness of legal business; among others.

He also has experience in constitutional and contentious-administrative proceedings and registry procedures.

In the academic field, Alexander is a teaching assistant in Civil Law courses at different universities in the country. He is a lecturer on topics related to Patrimonial Civil Law and is the author of several articles published in specialized magazines.
