Lima, January 31, 2025 – Rubio Leguía Normand advised Banco General on the amendment of an existing loan granted to Pesquera Diamante, increasing the total financing to US$ 10,100,000. The transaction, secured by a trust over fishing vessels, included the disbursement of an additional amount and adjustments to payment terms and interest rate calculation.
As part of the transaction, the frequency of principal and interest payments was modified, and the provisions for the calculation of the 6-month SOFR interest rate were adjusted accordingly.
