Renzo is an associate in the Administrative Practice Group. He has experience in public law, public procurement, public-private partnerships, and dispute resolution, advising on administrative proceedings, infrastructure projects, administrative litigation, and arbitration.
His practice focuses on providing legal counsel for infrastructure projects, as well as on regulatory impact analysis, concessions, government contracts, and dispute resolution panels. He also has experience participating in domestic and international commercial arbitrations and those related to government contracts, as well as in proceedings for the annulment and enforcement of awards.
He has participated in disciplinary and sanctioning proceedings, as well as in constitutional and administrative litigation cases related to sectors such as energy, the environment, and telecommunications. In addition, he has experience preparing technical-legal reports and advising clients on public-regulatory matters.
In the academic sphere, he serves as a teaching assistant for the courses Administrative Law I and II and the Seminar on Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedure at the School of Law of the National University of San Marcos. He was a member of the winning team at the Second International Administrative Law Competition, organized by the Ibero-American Forum on Administrative Law in 2025, and of the team that placed second in the 18th International Arbitration Competition.
