We provide local and foreign investors with legal advice on the bids called by the different Peruvian public agencies, with whom they will enter into a contract for the provision of services, consultancies, works, among others, in favor of the State. Our service includes the review of the bidding terms and conditions, the drawing up of the contract, and the execution and performance of the contract.

What do we do?

Our services include advice on the review of the bidding terms and conditions and additional documents, the preparation of queries and observations to public agencies, the preparation of accreditation forms and the technical proposal, the organization and composition of the file and the review of technical documents, so as to verify the meeting of requirements.

Likewise, our service continues after the selection process, we verify the adequate performance of the contract and represent our clients in eventual sanctioning procedures, if applicable.
