We provide public agencies and local and foreign investors with legal advice throughout the different stages of the private investment promotion projects (contractual planning, designing, structuring, transaction and performance ), who are interested in entering into and executing public-private partnership agreements that will bridge the infrastructure gap in the country.
What do we do?
Our services include strategic advice on the preparation of competitive technical and economic proposals in tenders, as well as in the design, presentation and procedure of private initiatives to the three branches of Government. Also, we monitor the proper performance of the public-private partnership contracts that our clients execute.
How do we do?
Our team seeks to know the client’s business to recommend the most suitable participation in the private investment promotion processes.
We are experts in preparing the necessary documentation to enable the participation of our clients in the aforementioned processes, whether they are public or private initiative.
Finally, we oversee the compliance with the contractual terms and conditions, we make sure both parties perform their obligations and settle any disputes that may arise.
Recent experience:
- Citybike Miraflores and Citybike San Isidro: We advised the companies in their capacity as concessionaires of the Public Bicycle Systems in the districts of San Isidro and Miraflores.
- Terna Perú: We advised the company as concessionaire in the projects “Mantaro-Nueva Yanango-Carapongo 500 kV Link and Associated Substations”, “Nueva Yanango-Nueva Huanuco 500 kV Link and Associated Substations” and “Aguaytía-Pucallpa 138 kV Transmission Line (second circuit)”.
- Transportadora de Gas Natural Comprimido Andino: We advised the company, which was an investor in the Public-Private Partnership Contract for the Massification of the Use of Natural Gas, using Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in the cities of Abancay, Andahuaylas, Huamanga, Huanta, Huancavelica, Huancayo, Jauja, Cusco, Juliaca and Puno.
- Proinversión: We advise the company in the preparation of model contracts and model bases for private investment promotion processes.
- Metropolitan Municipality of Lima: Usufruct of advertising spaces in the Central Station.
- Metropolitan Municipality of Lima: Updating and adaptation of Ordinance No. 867, rules regulating public-private partnerships in the jurisdiction of Metropolitan Lima.
- Metropolitan Municipality of Lima: Legal Analysis within the framework of the Concession Contract of the Yellow Line Project, regarding the implications of the partial reception of the works included in Section 2 of the Yellow Line Project.
- Metropolitan Municipality of Lima: Consultancy for the correct execution of the expropriation process of land affected by the Via Rimac Park Project.
- Ministry of Transportation and Communications: Issuance of legal opinions for the execution of the Concession Contract for the construction, improvement, conservation, and operation of Jorge Chávez International Airport.
- Ministry of Transportation and Communications: Issuance of legal opinions for the execution of the Contract “Section 2 of the Longitudinal de la Sierra: Ciudad de Dios- Cajamarca-Chiple, Cajamarca-Trujillo and Dv. Chilete-Emp. PE-3N”.
