Our Team

Carla is principal associate of the Tax and Customs Practice Area. She has more than 10 years of experience advising local and foreign companies on various topics including international tax planning, compliance reviews of tax obligations, advice on procedures of recovery regimes of VAT, advice on return procedures before the Tax Administration, non-contentious tax and contentious tax procedures. In addition, Carla has significant experience in customs operations and foreign trade. In the academic field, Carla has worked as teaching assistant to Professor Mónica Byrne Santa María in the 2011-2012 semester of the Business Planning course at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Also, Carla has been teaching assistant in the course of International Tax Law at Universidad Mayor de San Marcos.
