Social responsibility is a fundamental aspect of our practice. Aware of this, Rubio Leguía Normand has embraced a pro bono practice, providing legal advice to individuals, non-profit organizations, NGOs, and other social actors who carry out activities that benefit the community and/or vulnerable sectors.

Sinfonía por el Perú
Sinfonía por el Perú is a non-profit association chaired by Peruvian tenor Juan Diego Flórez. Since 2011, Sinfonía por el Perú has been dedicated to implementing free music education programs for at-risk children and youth throughout Peru. The association’s goal is to generate a positive impact, through musical practice, on the living conditions of the children and young people who benefit from its programs and their families.
Rubio Leguía Normand permanently advises Sinfonía por el Perú in all legal matters that the association must face for the implementation of its musical educational programs and the achievement of its objectives.
Crea +
Creamas is a multidisciplinary team of young people and professionals who, through volunteering, seek to contribute to the transformation of their society through the education of children and teenagers.

Casa Ronald Mc Donald
The Ronald McDonald House Association is responsible for providing a temporary home to families whose children have a complex illness and must travel to Lima to receive medical treatment. To this end, the Ronald McDonald House Association provides them with a decent room, complete meals and basic necessities.
Rubio Leguía Normand advises the Ronald McDonald House Association in all legal matters, so that they can implement a new temporary home in the city of Lima and, thus, achieve that more families have access to this program.
Kunan
Red Kunan is a platform for strengthening socio-environmental entrepreneurship whose main objective is to integrate and promote synergies between the different actors, public and private, national, and international, that seek to promote this type of business in Peru. In this way, Red Kunan develops content and facilitates spaces for collaboration, recognition, learning and inspiration for them, as well as for the entire ecosystem.
Rubio Leguía Normand conducts free specialized webinars for entrepreneurs belonging to Red Kunan on various legal matters, all in coordination with the Pro Bono Alliance.
Innova Esan
INNOVA ESAN is the incubator of ESAN University, which is dedicated to the strengthening, validation, and development of innovative, sustainable and scalable business models. These are oriented to the care of the environment, renewal of natural resources, development of clean energy, improving the quality of life of vulnerable populations, technology, among others.
Rubio Leguía Normand is a strategic ally of INNOVA ESAN, providing 1-to-1 mentoring and holding various events for entrepreneurs and their startups, from their conception, through their incorporation and start-up to their first rounds of investment.
