Negotiation, Community Relations and Conflict Management
We provide comprehensive advice to our clients in the planned community management and prevention of socio-environmental conflicts to generate communication strategies, social management and socio-political analysis that contribute to community relations in mining, energy, infrastructure or any other project that requires adequate social and legal management. All this with a special focus on creating development opportunities as well as conflict prevention, seeking to maximize the benefit for all stakeholders in the environment.
What do we do?
We implement practices that identify the particular characteristics of the area where the project is executed and allow us to implement appropriate strategies for community relations.
In the management of social issues, the documents and standards implemented by the World Bank are important and are usually implemented in large-scale projects. Especially the EAS 5 policy related to Land Acquisition, Land Use Restrictions and Involuntary Resettlement.
How do we do?
We have a team of experts who provide support and assistance for project implementation. Among them, we provide engineers, sociologists, social communicators and anthropologists, which allows us to provide comprehensive advice covering all legal and social issues relevant to the project. The team functions as a support area for mining, energy and real estate projects in general.
