Sandro is a partner of the Labor, Social Security and Migratory Practice Area, especializing in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, Constitutional Law and Pension Law.

He has significant experience in both the public and private sectors, where he has worked and provided advice on labor, constitutional and social security areas. Likewise, it specializes in the defense of companies and public institutions before administrative or judicial claims promoted by workers, also having experience in the elaboration of labor audits.

In the academic field, Sandro is a professor at various universities in the country, such as the University of San Martin de Porres (Post Graduate Unit), University of Lima and the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, giving courses related to Labor Law and Procedural Law Labor. He is also a Principal Professor at the Judicial Academy, providing training on labor issues to all judicial districts in the country.

He is the author of the book ‘El Correo Electrónico Laboral – Límites en su uso y control’. He has written several legal articles and has been a speaker at various conferences and seminars on labor issues.
