María del Carmen is a real estate and land sanitation consultant, specializing in diagnostics, sanitation, and building regularization, property management and administration, as well as administrative procedures related to municipal authorizations and permits, municipal inspections related to taxes or building safety conditions, and judicial proceedings related to property ownership/possession rights.
Has over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. She trained at the Commission for the Formalization of Informal Property (COFOPRI), holding various positions such as Head of the Expanded Jurisdiction Office in Iquitos, Head of the Conciliation Unit, and Legal Manager. In the private sector, she has served as an external advisor in the projects department of retail and construction companies, responsible for obtaining authorizations and negotiating various compensations. She was Head of Property and Income Administration for FIMI at AC Capitales SAFI, and an associate in the real estate and sanitation department at CMS Grau. She also served as Director of Real Estate for the General Directorate of Supply of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, providing technical advice for the registration, administration, supervision, and disposal of state-owned real estate.
