Our Team

Estephanie is an Associate in the Labor Area, specializing in Labor Law, Labor Litigation and Social Security Law. 

Estephanie has actively participated in the sponsorship of labor litigation and administrative proceedings, defending the interests of several companies.

In addition, she has provided expert advice in individual labor relations, addressing a wide range of consultations in matters such as hiring of national and foreign workers, teleworking, labor dismissal, wage discrimination, prevention of sexual harassment, social security, among others.

Her experience has focused on the verification of compliance with labor obligations in companies and the implementation of policies.
Additionally, in the immigration field, she has managed procedures such as changes in immigration status for resident and designated workers, in addition to the processing of work visas, permits to sign contracts and requests for special exit from the country.

In the academic field, Estephanie served as Assistant, and later Teaching Assistant, in the courses of Administrative Law 2 and Integration Seminar in Administrative Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Rubio Leguía Normand, Estephanie worked as an Associate in the Labor Area at CMS Grau.
