Ervin is a senior associate of the Dispute Resolution Area and head of the firm’s office in the city of Cajamarca, specializing in Civil Procedure Law, Civil Property Law, Constitutional Law, Constitutional Procedural Law and Labor Procedure Law. He has significant experience in the elaboration of procedural strategies, as well as in the sponsorship of civil, constitutional, labor and administrative proceedings.
Before joining Rubio Leguía Normand, Ervin worked in the Legal Department of the Commission for the Formalization of Informal Property (COFOPRI). During his tenure at the institution, he elaborated and presented an investigation regarding the propriety of the judicial processes aimed at questioning the property titles issued by COFOPRI.
In the academic field, Ervin was teaching assistant of the Labor Law course at the School of Administrative Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 1993. He is currently a professor of the Real Rights and Civil Procedural Law courses at the Law School of the Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN) in the city of Cajamarca. In 2017, he taught the course on legal acts. He has participated as a lecturer and/or guest speaker in events organized and/or sponsored by the Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN), the Universidad Nacional de Cajamarca (UNC) and the Cajamarca Bar Association.
