Eliana is an Associate in the Labor and Social Security areas, specializing in Labor Law, Labor Litigation, Constitutional Law and Social Security Law.
Eliana has experience in labor counseling, preparation of personnel hiring schemes, remuneration planning, termination mechanisms and procedures, labor due diligence, compliance with occupational health and safety obligations, sexual harassment, among others.
She also provides advice on administrative procedures before the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection and participates in the design of legal defense in labor lawsuits.
In the academic field, Eliana served as Teaching Assistant in the Contracts course at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2017 to 2020. Currently, she has been working as Teaching Assistant in the Criminal Procedural Law course since 2020 at the same university.
