Armando Gutiérrez is a Partner of the Labor & Employment Practice at Rubio Leguía Normand. He has nearly 20 years of experience advising leading national and multinational companies on complex labor and employment matters, including collective bargaining, workforce restructuring, outsourcing, and compliance. He also serves as arbitrator of collective negotiations and regularly advises in administrative procedures and judicial processes.
He has been recognized as a leading expert in Peruvian employment law by Chambers & Partners (Band 3), Legal 500 (Leading Partner), Latin Lawyer, and Latin American Corporate Counsel Association – LACCA.
In the academic field, Armando has been an adjunct professor of the Integration Seminar in Labor Law and assistant professor in graduate programs in Labor Procedural Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Ha has also been a guest professor at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. In addition, he has frequently been invited as a speaker at training programs on labor matters, particularly on the new Peruvian Labor Procedural Law, delivered to both private companies and public institutions.
