Ana is an associate in the Labor Law Department, specializing in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, Constitutional Law, and Social Security Law.
Ana has experience in labor advisory services, preparation of personnel hiring schemes, employee compensation structures, mechanisms and procedures for terminating employment relationships, compliance with occupational health and safety obligations, labor audits, and the prevention and sanction of workplace sexual harassment, among others. Additionally, she provides legal counsel in labor inspections and administrative procedures before the National Superintendency of Labor Inspection and participates in the legal defense of labor, constitutional, and social security judicial proceedings.
Before joining Rubio Leguía Normand, Ana worked as an Assistant in the Secretariat of the Plenary Session and as a Jurisdictional Advisor for the Labor Commission at the Constitutional Court of Peru.
In the academic field, Ana has authored several articles on Labor Law, published in specialized journals, and has participated as a speaker in labor law training sessions, particularly on the prevention and sanction of workplace sexual harassment, for both the public and private sectors. She has also served as a teaching assistant for the Constitutional Law course and an adjunct teaching assistant for the Special Labor Law course at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
