Franklin is an Energy Consultant at Rubio Leguía Normand. He has more than 16 years of experience in the electricity and renewable energy sector, specializing in regulatory law, project structuring, contract negotiation, and business development.
He has served as a consultant in law firms, legal manager, and general manager of companies in the electricity sector, leading both renewable and conventional energy projects. His experience includes concession processes, regulatory permits, public tenders, infrastructure financing, and the negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs). He has also led industry initiatives aimed at modernizing the regulatory framework and promoting the energy transition in Peru.
He holds a Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, an MBA in International Business from Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and a Certificate in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School.
