Gilberto is a consultant of the Tax and Customs Practice Area, focusing his practice on local and international tax advisory.

He has significant experience in corporate and tax planning, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, capital markets, investment funds, financial derivatives instruments, as well as the key tax aspects of cross-border transactions, transfer pricing rules and double tax treaties.

Gilberto brings advice to our clients in tax audits procedures in sectors like banking and finance, real estate, telecom, energy and mining.
