Our practice in Tax and Customs Law includes comprehensive tax advice according to the needs and operations of our clients, both national and foreign.

What do we do?

We advise all types of entities in tax and customs consulting in general, tax planning; customs law and international trade, with significant experience in the tax aspects of business, projects and complex financial transactions, such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the development of infrastructure projects, the design of complex financial instruments, structuring and investment of funds investment, project financing, among others.

How do we do?

We have a team consisting of a notable group of lawyers whose continuous participation in the development and execution of complex projects and transactions has allowed us to remain leaders in the field in Peru since our beginnings. Our lawyers combine proven experience, technical knowledge and active participation in academic life within the most prestigious law schools in the country. Our international experience is reinforced by our participation as a permanent member of LATAXNET (Latin America Tax and Legal Network), an alliance that includes 18 prestigious firms in the region who are experts in tax matters.
