We represent public entities as well as local and foreign investors regarding the Peruvian legislation on public services, and in the drawing up of contracts for the provision thereof. Our experience spans the energy, mining, telecommunications, road networks, ports, and sanitation fields, among others.

We provide counselling on regulatory issues regarding diverse claims that may arise with regulating agencies, and advice in the drawing up of regulations enabling the State to regulate, supervise and sanction the rendering of public services.
