What do we do?

Our advice includes the acquisition of mining rights, joint-ventures, assignment and option contracts, incorporation and acquisition of companies, agreements with communities and, in general, everything related to the initial stage of a mining project.

Additionally, we accompany our clients in the execution of their mining projects, including the negotiation of legal stability agreements, procedures for the VAT refund, the financing of their operations, the negotiation of contracts necessary for their operations (such as construction contracts and contracts with mining suppliers), and in general, in all regulatory aspects of a local, regional and national nature, as well as in the permanent relationship with the stakeholders linked to their exploration, exploitation and benefit activities.
