The financial practice area of the Law Firm advises financial, banking and multilateral entities, as well as borrowers, in various financing operations as well as provides permanent advice on banking regulation.

What do we do?

Our services include the structuring, negotiation and granting of bilateral credits such as syndicates, corporate financing, financing for the acquisition of companies and / or assets, structured financing, export financing, leases, operations with derivative financial instruments, among others.

In banking and financial regulation matters, our services focus on understanding and meeting the needs of our clients who are active in the financial and insurance Peruvian market, as well as those international companies interested in entering this market.

We provide advice legal on (i) the creation of financial products, (ii) the establishment of financial institutions as the Fintech, (ii) the acquisition, merger and division authorization processes of these entities, among others , and; in processes of all kinds before the regulatory authorities (with special emphasis on procedures before the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFP).
