Victor is an Associate in the Administrative and Regulatory Area. He has experience in consulting to private companies in matters related to environmental law, public procurement, as well as in advising on proceedings before regulatory authorities.
He also has experience in advising in administrative and constitutional litigation proceedings, as well as in arbitration with the State.
In the academic field, Victor is a teaching assistant in the courses of Administrative Economic Law and Regulation of Public Services, and has completed advanced studies in Integration Law, International Law, and Investment Arbitration.
