Pedro Pablo is a partner in the Real Estate and Land Reclamation Area, specializing in the preparation of strategies and management of obtaining licenses and permits for the Development, Construction and Operation of real estate or infrastructure projects of all kinds, real estate reclamation in both urban and rural areas, as well as in the negotiation and obtaining of Real Rights (Property, Usufruct, Surface, Easement, among others).

He is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in real estate transactions and projects for various sectors.

He has led management and licensing teams for large-scale real estate projects in the retail, infrastructure, mining, energy, and other sectors, participating from the initial stages of development and construction of such projects.

He has more than 8 years of experience in the management and obtaining of licenses for the operation and functioning of Shopping Centers.

He has experience in negotiating and obtaining surface rights for more than 1,000 hectares for important mining projects in the country.

He is highly specialized in real estate reorganization for sectors such as retail, education, mining, agriculture, among others. He has advised on expropriation processes for Line 2 of the Lima and Callao Metro, as well as for Rutas de Lima.

He has participated in complex real estate and commercial arbitration proceedings.
