Our Team

Hernán is an associate in the Dispute Prevention and Resolution and Arbitration areas. He has considerable experience in constitutional and contentious-administrative proceedings, related to tax, municipal, mining and environmental matters.

He also has experience in civil proceedings, especially in civil liability proceedings for non-performance of obligations, tort liability, acquisitive prescription of ownership, best right of ownership, obligations to give a sum of money, among others.

In the Academic field, Hernán is a teaching assistant in Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Constitutional Procedure courses at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has also represented such university in international competitions on Arbitration and Commercial Law.
