Erick is a Senior Associate of the Administrative and Regulatory Law Area, specializing in State Contracting, Concessions, Public Private Partnerships, Administrative Procedure, Administrative Simplification, Bureaucratic Barriers, Regulation of Public Services, Competition, Arbitration and Dispute Boards.

Erick is a lawyer specialised and experienced in advising on Administrative Law, Regulatory Law, Consessions , PPS, State Contracting, Public Policy and Arbitration.  

Before joining Rubio Leguía Normand, Erick worked and collaborated in several public offices such as the General Comptroller of the Republic, the Competition Agency (INDECOPI), the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, the Environmental Evaluation and Control Agency – OEFA, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Labour and Employment Promotion and the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion. In the private sector, he has worked as a lawyer and advisor in his areas of expertise, with special emphasis on his participation with companies that bid with the State.

Likewise, He is a practicing Arbitrator and Adjudicator, He has served as a member of ad hoc Arbitration Tribunals, the Arbitration Centre of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and the Centre for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

In the academic field, he is an Ordinary Professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and Research Professor at the Law Faculty of the Universidad Científica del Sur, having taught Administrative Law, Administrative Procedural Law, Regulation of Public Services, Economic Administrative Law, Public Policy and Arbitration.

He is the author of several publications in specialized journals and a lecturer at national and international events.
