Braylyn is an Associate in the Administrative and Regulatory Area, specializing in the regulation of public utilities and public procurement.
Braylyn has experience advising private companies in regulatory matters, government agreements and in the development of projects under the modalities of Public-Private Partnerships, Projects in Assets and Works for Tax. Likewise, he has experience advising public entities in the elaboration of regulatory projects and public politics.
In addition to advising on public contracting issues, Braylyn has experience in bureaucratic barrier elimination complaints and in obtaining sectorial enabling titles.
In the academic field, she is an Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has served as a Tutor of the Specialization Program in Administrative Law and Academic Assistant in the Second Specialization Program in Administrative Law at the same university.
