Andrés is an Associate in the Real Estate and Land Remediation Area. His professional practice focuses on comprehensive advice on property law, urban planning, and registration issues, both in the private and public sectors.

His advice is related to the realization of technical and legal diagnoses of the property, evaluation, and negotiation in the acquisition of land, and legal physical reorganization. His experience also includes the formalization of individual rural properties and rural and native communities.
